HR Staff
Note: If you do not see the option, you do not have the appropriate permissions specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module. For more information about setting permissions, see Understanding Permissions.
To view these menus, the Employee ID must have the HR Staff check box selected in the Maintain>Timesheets Setup>Employee Timesheet Settings>Employee Settings tab in the HR Management module.
HR Staff forms allow human resources staff to perform the following tasks:
- Process personal information change requests from employees. For more information, see Approve Change Requests and Viewing and Processing Employee Change Requests.
- Create and send messages to employees. For more information, see Create Messages - HR Staff and Creating and Sending Messages - HR Staff.
- View messages from employees. For more information, see Message Center - Personal and Viewing Messages.
- View employee timesheet entry information. For more information, see Timesheet Entry Log.
- Create employee credential forms that each employee can use to add or edit their educational and other credentials. For more information, see Setting Up Employee Credentials and Certifications
- Configure EWS system settings. For more information, see System Settings
