Employees, managers, and Human Resources staff can use EWS to create and send messages.

Employees can create and send personal messages to the following people:

***Managers can create and send messages to the employees they manage if they are specified as the employee's manager on the employee's ID and if they have Manager timesheet permissions in the HR Managementmodule. For more information, see Creating and Sending Messages - Manager.

****Human Resources staff can create and send messages to any employee with an EWS user account. For more information, see Creating and Sending Messages - HR Staff.

Tip: Human Resources staff can view messages from employees and managers using their personal Message Center. They can process employee information change requests sent by employees using HR Staff>Approve Change Requests.
