How Do I Change My Address?

To change your address, complete the following steps:

  1. Access the Address page using Personal>Address.
  2. Review your address information.
  3. If you want to update your address, click the Request Change button.
  4. If you want to update your street address, enter your new street address in the Address field.
  5. If you want to update your city, state, or zip code information, enter the new information in the appropriate City/State/Zip field.
  6. If you want to update your home email address, enter the new information in the Home Email Address field.
  7. If applicable, enter an explanation for why you are requesting the change in the Reason for Change field.
  8. Click the Submit button.
  9. Click OK to close the confirmation window.

After you submit your address change request, the system sends your change request to an Employee ID with HR Staff timesheet permissions. A Human Resources staff person then processes your request and sends you a message informing you if your change request was approved.
