How Do I Change My W4 Information?

To view and change your W4 withholding tax information, complete the following steps:

1. Access this page and review your W4 withholding tax information.
2. If you want to update your Federal Withholding Tax information or change the number of withholding allowances, click the Request Change button.
   1. To update your filing status, click the option of your new status in the Filing Status field.

   2. To update your withholding information, enter the new information in the W4 2020 and Forward box.

   3. To update your additional state withholding amount, enter the new information in the State Withholding Tax - Additional Withholding field.
3. If applicable, enter an explanation for why you are requesting the change in the Reason for Change field.
4. Click the Submit button.
5. Click OK to close the confirmation window.
