Staff Leave Request
Access this report using Reporting>Manager Reports>Staff Leave Request. |
Use this report to print a list of all of the scheduled events your employees have on their schedules in one place.
For example, use this report if you want to have a paper copy of all of the events scheduled for your staff for the day, week, or month.
Note: If you do not see the option in EWS, you do not have Manager timesheet permissions specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module. If you are not seeing any of your employees in the report, verify that you selected yourself as the Manager for each of your employees on the tab. To generate this report, complete the following steps:
- Access the report using
- In the Request dates from field, enter the start date for the report.
- In the To field, enter the end date for the report.
- Select the option you want to view in the report:
- To display both approved and unapproved leave requests, click Both.
- To display only approved leave requests, click Approved.
- To display only unapproved leave requests, click Unapproved.
- Click the Preview Report link to view the report.
Fields
Request dates from: Enter the start date for the report.
To: Enter the end date for the report.
Select Staff: Select an employee name from the drop-down list to limit the report to a single employee's records, or leave this field blank to include all employees.
Both: Select this option if you want to view or print leave request information for both approved and unapproved leave requests.
Approved: Select this option if you want to view or print leave request information for only approved leave requests.
Unapproved: Select this option if you want to view or print leave request information for only unapproved leave requests.
