Benefit Information

Access this page using Personal>Benefit Information.

Use this page to view your benefit and deduction information.

Note: You can only view your benefit information. You cannot edit your benefit information using EWS. If you want to update your benefit information, see your manager, supervisor, or a Human Resources staff member.

Fields 

Benefits

• Benefit Code: The system displays the benefit code for each benefit specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module.
• Title: The system displays the title of each benefit specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module.
• Amount: The system displays the amount of the benefit per pay period.
• Percent of Earnings: The system displays the benefit earnings percent for the pay period.

Deductions

• Deduction Code: The system displays the deduction code for each deduction specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module.
• Title: The system displays the title of each deduction specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module.
• Amount: The system displays the amount of the deduction per pay period.
• Percent of Earnings: The system displays the deduction earnings percent for the pay period.
